Hampergifts.co.uk is one of the best-rated gift basket stores in the United Kingdom, and we can totally see why. We discovered so many things to love about them when we bought a basket from them.
First, they have a wide selection of products, so we had a lot of options when preparing our gift. Even their pre-made baskets catalogue is huge.
Second, you can choose your delivery dates. They, however, provide a disclaimer that there are times when things go out of their control, so it’s not guaranteed that your gift will arrive on the specified date.
In our experience, the gift arrived on the date we asked them to. Many of their former customers have also said that they’re prompt when it comes to delivery.
Another thing we love about them is they offer a full ‘no question’ refund option, so if you’re not satisfied with their service, you can always return the product.
You will, however, shoulder the fee for the return.
The shop also accepts a wide variety of payment options like PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, and American Express, making it very convenient for customers.
We’re just sad that they only deliver within the UK, as we won’t be able to share their beautiful baskets with our friends outside the country.

Hampers.com opened in 1979 as Clearwater Hampers. They used to only send smoked salmon, but they’ve now grown to become a gift basket shop that offers a wide variety of food items.
Our favourite thing about hampers.com is how beautiful their basket presentations are. We received an afternoon tea delights hamper from a friend and were very amazed by how they packed the gift.
The minimalist design of the box made it look very sophisticated. The products were also carefully placed inside so that they wouldn’t move during delivery.
We also love that they can deliver their products outside of Europe, allowing us to send gifts to people we care about no matter the distance.
In addition to this, they accept PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, which makes it easier for international customers to place orders.
We’re just disappointed at the instances where the delivery is delayed. Some recipients received their gifts two weeks after the specified date, while some had to wait for a month.
They can also be hard to contact at times, which causes more frustration to the gift sender.

What we love about them is how affordable their baskets are. They have a basket for as low as £15.95, which is perfect for those who are tight on budget but still want to send something to their loved ones.
On top of that, they also offer free delivery on certain orders. Weekday delivery for their premade baskets and orders over £50 within mainland UK are all eligible for free delivery.
We also love that they offer a Sunday delivery option, so those who want to send something on a Sunday can choose this option.
Just note, though, that delivery may still be delayed, especially considering how many former customers have complained about having to wait for weeks for their baskets.
One thing we didn’t like about their service is they don’t inform customers when some products are unavailable and just change it to a different one.
We once ordered a bespoke basket from them, and we found out that one of the biscuits that we asked for was changed to a different one.
