The best thing about Fancifull is its wide array of products, giving customers a lot of choices for their gift baskets. They offer gourmet food, baked goods, chocolate, fruits, alcoholic drinks, flowers, self-care items, and more.
We also love that they have kosher, vegan, and gluten-free collections, which are helpful for customers gifting people with dietary requirements. It gives them an edge over other shops that don’t have these kinds of products.
We also appreciate the same-day delivery option they have. It’s a convenient option for people in a rush to look for a gift basket and allows the recipient to receive the flowers and food as fresh as possible.
Even for Saturday orders, as long as they’re placed before 1:00 PST, they’ll be delivered before the day ends.
One thing we’re not happy about with our experience with them, however, is they delivered the gift basket a day earlier than we asked.
Though it’s not a big deal for us, some customers may find a problem with it, especially for events like birthdays and anniversaries. It may ruin the surprise.
Some customers are also informed about stock shortages late, making it hard for them to curate another gift basket.

What we really love about Knack is how easy the ordering process is, no matter how much customization we want to do. Their products are sorted by occasion or purpose, recipient, interest, and ethos, making it easier to find the perfect product.
For example, if you want to give a gift basket to someone who just had a baby, you can just go to the new baby section. You can browse their list of products and add each item to the basket.
They also have a wide variety of products, including gourmet snacks, pancakes, and jams. They also have several gaming cards, kitchen items, bedroom needs, and spa products.
We also love how each gift basket is beautifully packaged. The minimalist design and the combination of white and mint make the box look modern and sophisticated.
It’s just a bit disappointing to learn that some customers experienced some delivery mishaps. Some had their orders delivered to the wrong address, while some were sent late.
While our experience with them went smoothly and we didn’t face issues, it would be good if they could ensure such mishaps don’t happen again.

We especially love their chocolate truffles, so make sure to get one of their truffle gift baskets for your friend, lover, or family member.
Their packaging is also like a work of art with how elegant and sophisticated each gift basket looks. It’s the kind of gift you can proudly present on any occasion, whether a birthday, an anniversary, or just a Tuesday that needs some sweetening.
The packaging is actually a reflection of the true value of the chocolates, as they can be quite pricey. A 5-piece chocolate truffle gift box already costs $19.95, which can be quite a lot for a chocolate.
That said, we fully understand the price range and think the chocolates are worth each penny. Since they are artisan handmade chocolates, you can really see just how much attention they put into each of them.
One thing that we’re quite disappointed about, though, is their slow shipping. Although they say they’ll ship out your order the next day if you meet the 12:00 PM cut-off, it’s not always followed, as there are times when gift baskets are shipped after a day or two.
Even the same-day delivery isn’t as reliable as other shops, so it’s best to do curbside pick-up if you’re in a rush.

We’re absolutely in love with this option, as it gives us the chance to make a unique gift for our loved ones. Some gift baskets can sometimes be too generic, so this option helps make it more personal.
They also have a semi-custom option that allows businesses to put their logos and brands in some of their products, making it the perfect choice for corporate gifting.
Another thing we really love about them is how reliable their delivery service is. If you choose one of their premade gift baskets, it usually arrives within the day.
The fully-custom and semi-custom options typically take about 1 to 5 weeks, as they have to customize the products. However, they’re rarely late with deliveries, even for these options.
One drawback, though, is they consider every sale final and non-refundable. This means if you’re not satisfied with the quality of the gift basket, you won’t be able to get a refund.
This can be a huge turn-off for many, especially since Palisades doesn’t have a retail store where the customers can check the quality of their products and other gift baskets.
